1. Getting Started
Welcome to PureBrain Social — your AI-powered content command center.
- Board tab — Your kanban. Posts flow: Pending Review → Approved → Live
- Compose tab — Create posts manually or use AI Generate
- Calendar tab — Month and week views of your scheduled content
- Team Cal tab — See everyone's scheduled content (read-only)
- Accounts tab — Connect your social media platforms
Your AI partner creates content for you automatically. You just review, approve, and it publishes on schedule.
2. Creating Content
Your AI creates content for you. But you can also create manually:
- Go to Compose tab
- Select content type: Standalone Post, Blog, Newsletter
- Select platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Write your content or click AI Generate Caption
- Click AI Adapt to All Platforms to auto-fit each platform's character limits
- Upload an image (drag and drop)
- Set schedule time → Schedule Post or Save as Draft
3. Approval Workflow
Content flows through three stages:
- Pending Review (yellow) — Drafts waiting for approval. Click a card to edit, then Approve.
- Approved (blue) — Scheduled for auto-posting. The system fires it at the scheduled time.
- Live (green) — Posted! Click View Post to see it on the platform.
Drag cards between columns. Drag from Live back to Pending to redo a post.
Approve All button: Switch to List view for a bulk approve option.
4. Team Calendar
The Team Cal tab shows all team members' scheduled content in one view.
- Color-coded by team member
- Read-only — you can't edit others' posts
- Click a post to leave feedback
- Helps avoid scheduling conflicts
